T.C. Pharmaceutical, one of the major beverage manufacture in Thailand visited us as the group of observers to Japan

On March 12th, 2014, we welcomed the productivity improvement and QCC inspectorate of Thailand to Japan (hosted by Japan Productivity Center, public interest incorporated foundation).

We hosted to facilitate a plant tour and meeting with the party of 14 persons from T.C. Pharmaceutical Industries Co., Ltd. that manufacturing “Red Bull”, one of energy drink.

The outline of a plan for study mission is as follows.

1. Name of Team: Productivity Improvement and QCC Inspection Group to Japan
2. Sponsoring: Japan Productivity Center, public interest incorporated foundation (J.P.C.)
3. Participants: Member of T.C. Pharmaceutical Industries Co., Ltd.(Red Bull) including plant manager, maintenance manager, equipment control manager energy conservation manager, service maintenance manager, conservation manager, manufacturing manager, domestic warehouse control manager, export warehouse control manager, quality assurance manager and others in total 14 persons.
4. Objective: (1)To study tool and technique for productivity improvement
                     (2)To study variety of best practice in Japanese enterprises for improving productivity, quality and revenue, then consider how to apply those knowhow onto their company.
