Our company is producing the punches for various rivets as shown in the photograph.
Those punches are mainly used for manufacturing of rivet type electric silver bimetal contacts.
As a result of spending a lot of time for investigating our technology concerning mass-production, recently we developed our original manufacturing method.
Its quality has been better while its productivity has being more than 10 times to the conventional manufacturing method.
The aspect coarseness was also very well and it was highly precise and achieved Ra 0.02μm level.
